Please understand we will be shipping our pigs around 220 – 260 lbs Live Weight, so quantities and sizes may differ.  ½ Pig hanging weight is approx 80-90 lbs which is about $250 total with typical smoking/curing and sausage making. We are also learning.

  1.  ½ and full pigs are sold by hanging weight
     

  2. Price is $2.50/lb cut and wrapped, Payment is made to us not the butcher
     

  3. Curing / Smoking  is $0.60/lb extra
     

  4. Sausage Making is $0.50/lb unlinked, $0.75/lb Linked, and Breakfast Sausage $0.75/lb extra
     

  5. Italian and Honey Garlic Sausage is $3.00 extra charge for the seasoning per ½ pig
     

  6. You will be required to pick meat up (unless arranged with us) - Typically 2 weeks after kill date.

  7. For ½ pig only pick hamburger or sausage and limited to 1 kind of sausage

Burger:
For ½ pig only pick hamburger or sausage
No would mean meat would go into sausage
1lb pack is standard – ½ pig will get approx. 8lbs

Front Shoulder Area of Pig:
Roasts would normally would be Fresh
3-4 lbs roast size  would be standard
Shoulder Roast – ½ pig will get approx. 2 to 3 roast 3-4 lbs
Butt Pork Roast – ½ pig will get approx. 2 roast 3-4 lbs


Loin (Pork Chops):
Smoked or Fresh
Pork Chops  – ½ pig will get approx. 20 chops


Ribs:
If you do not want ribs meat will go into either sausage or burger

Sausage:
For ½ pig only pick hamburger or sausage
No would mean meat would be in burger
For ½ pig only select one kind of sausage
1lb pack is standard – ½ pig will get approx. 8lbs


Rear Area of Pig (Hams):
Hams  would normally be Smoked.
3-4 lbs ham would be standard
Ham – ½ pig will get approx. 2-3 hams 3-4 lbs  


Belly (Bacon):
Bacon would normally be Smoked.
1lb packs – ½ pig will get approx. 5lbs or 5 packs

General Size of ½ pig wrapped:  
(this may be smaller with our pigs due the size shipped)
